Sultry starlet Sanaa Lathan is bringing her performance to the West End

Following in the footsteps of the young Elizabeth Taylor in her iconic role as Maggie in Cat On A Hot Tin Roof would be enough to intimidate any actress, but after pulling off a sell-out run on Broadway, sultry starlet Sanaa Lathan is bringing her performance to the West End. And when the Tennessee Williams classic opens in December, it will be with an all-black cast. Sanaa, 37, joins Hustle star Adrian Lester, playing Brick, and Hollywood’s most famous voice, James Earl Jones, as Big Daddy, for the show directed by Fame actress Debbie Allen at the Novello Theatre. Tickets for the limited run go on sale this week
