Children's AdministratorJoanne Hawes
Joanne Hawes trained at LAMDA and started her career at the Theatre Royal, Windsor, in stage management. She continued in the West End on such productions as Annie, The Pirates of Penzance, On Your Toes and La Cage aux Folles. Following several years as a theatrical PA she became the children’s administrator for the 1994-95 production of Oliver! at the London Palladium. She has since worked on 75 productions on tour and in London. Along with this production of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof she is currently working on The Sound of Music UK tour, Les Misérables in London and on tour and Oliver! at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, which currently has 50 children performing each night. She is married with children, two of whom seem set on following their parents into the theatre.
